It's a New Year 2011....& something new!!

Yesterday, during my workout at Project Walk I spent most of the time on the total-gym, for at least 25 minutes! We had the slant board on the 3rd rung and I was able to push and bend my knees for the first time!!...Seeing that slant board move and knowing I did it, I couldn't help makes me work even harder knowing progress is being made!! I paid for the workout yesterday evening, with my quads and butt throbbing with nerve pain. This morning I was exhausted, but doing ok with not too much pain. Onward!!! kk
